For those who desire personal one-to-one assistance with setting up your account, we have an OPTIONAL VIP ONBOARDING & TRAINING. One of our KEY Tech Team members will meet with you on Zoom to connect your domains and setup your account and train you how to use it. If you have a VA, we highly recommend they attend these calls with you. You will receive recordings of your calls for replay purposes.

The KEY is a software service that allows you to add a custom domain to any funnel, website, or membership site that you create. The goal is to really scale your business and you can best achieve that by customizing our software to YOUR company.

Why is this important? Brand identity: Your custom domain name becomes your company's brand. Credibility: A custom domain name boosts credibility and makes your website appear professional and legitimate.

You can purchase a domain from any Domain Registrar of your choice.

We recommend purchasing from Google Domains or Cloudflare. A domain will typically run you $12-$30 per year depending on the one you select. You will own your domain separate from your KEY subscription.

There is no limit to how many domains you can host on your KEY.

You have a few options depending on your situation.

The KEY has complete website building options. You can start fresh and build a new site.

If you have a WordPress site, you can work with our Tech Support Team to migrate your current site.

If you love your site, you can keep what you have and integrate our forms and landing pages into what you already have built. This is the least ideal option as in order to experience the full power of our automations, you will want to have your site be built on our platform. Also, most people are looking to cut excess platforms/logins/subscriptions. Moving your site to the KEY does that. There is no rush to move though!

Texting is an OPTIONAL add-on inside of your account, If you would like to turn on texting (highly recommended!), it will cost $2.30 a month to host a number which you can purchase inside your KEY.

Texting segments cost about 1.5 cents per segment, which breaks down to 635 text segments for $10. This is MUCH lower than any other text platform out there. The 'going rate' is 500 credits for $18.

The best part is... you only pay for what you use. There are no monthly minimums or maximums.

*A SMS 'segment' is considered 160 characters. Longer messages will be billed per segment. Adding photos to text makes it an MMS and also adds additional segments to a messages, in turn increasing the cost. Because of this, we recommend sending shorter, text-only messages as much as possible.

Email costs .08 cents per message sent. That is a fraction of a penny, a teeny tiny amount. That breaks down to about 12,000 emails for $10. If you send 12,000 emails a month or less, that is only $10 or less spent on email a month. If you send a ton of emails, you may want to keep the bulk of you outgoing messaging on another platform, depending on the price.

We suggest that you figure out the average amount of emails you currently send in a month. Then figure out how much it would cost you to send that many on the KEY. To find your price in $, use this equation: # of emails x .00081 . Compare that to how much you spend each month for your email provider. And then do what makes sense for your business. You're the boss!

Porting a phone number can be a complicated and drawn out process. It can be done though in most cases! We only recommend porting over a number if absolutely necessary. In most cases, your customers will not care if you switch numbers.

If you are married to your number, you can fill out THIS FORM to start a request for a port. We will ask you for some basic information and then submit your info to our Tech Team. They will reach out to your current host and begin the request process and reach out to you if necessary.
